Tori is a Licensed Professional Counselor- Mental Health Service Provider, with a specialization in trauma and co-occurring issues such as addictions, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

Tori’s passion is helping clients process pain, regulate their nervous systems, let go of “negative” coping strategies, and feel fully alive. Tori believes that healing from trauma requires us to process our pain from the past, while we learn how to show up differently in the present. Tori takes a holistic and active approach to the healing and therapeutic process. Her goal is to equip you with the support, knowledge, and tools needed to heal your pain, make lasting changes, and feel your best.

Tori comes to us with nearly a decade of experience in the behavioral health field. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Creighton University. She completed an EMDRIA-approved EMDR training in 2019. In her work with clients, Tori utilizes a combination of EMDR, Psychodrama, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Somatic Therapy, and other Experiential modalities. Before joining our team, Tori served as a therapist at Milestones at Onsite, a residential treatment program that specializes in trauma and co-occurring disorders. Tori gained experience treating trauma experiences including childhood trauma, relationship trauma, combat trauma, injury, illness, natural disaster, sexual assault, domestic violence, and loss.

Tori works with both adolescents and adults. She offers afternoon and evening appointments. For more information, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
